Kim Edmunds is a member of Wilson Turner and Kozmo’s Employment practice group, focusing exclusively on conducting independent workplace and Title IX investigations. She joined the firm after serving with the University of San Diego’s Title IX Office, handling claims of sex-based harassment and discrimination. Due to her extensive previous experience in employment law and employee relations, she is able to investigate complex workplace matters in a thorough and practical manner. Kim has also counseled employers and helped problem-solve on both legal and personnel matters, while ensuring that the employer is compliant with employment laws and regulations.
