    Loleena Ansari May, is a partner with Wilson Turner and Kozmo in the firm’s Employment Law group where her practice is exclusively focused on conducting independent workplace investigations in the private and public employment sectors. She conducts investigations in a flexible and pragmatic manner where her extensive employment law experience provides her with a unique advantage in assisting companies and agencies to prevent, uncover, investigate and resolve employee and institutional misconduct. Her clients trust her to investigate high-profile and complex workplace matters, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, workplace bullying, and other misconduct for private and public entities. Loleena uses practical knowledge from her litigation and counseling experience, as well as her Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, to serve as a problem solver for her clients. Prior to Wilson Turner, she combined her litigation and counseling experience focusing her practice on impartial workplace investigations and climate assessments while working for Van Dermyden Makus Investigations Law Firm. Prior to that. Loleena was a Staff Attorney at Appellate Defenders, Inc., a non-profit law firm which administers the appointed counsel system for the California Court of Appeal.
