This program will provide between 10.5-12.5 CLE / PDC / CEU hours (including 1 hour of ethics), depending upon the jurisdiction. NELI is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be confirmed via email. Cancellations received more then 15 business days prior to the program may elect to receive a full fee credit, or a refund, less a $250 cancellation fee. Those cancelled 15 or fewer business days prior to the program, will receive a fee credit less a $250 cancellation fee. Fee credits may be applied during the next 12 month period. Any refunds will be processed after the program concludes.

Kane Russell Coleman LoganDennis is director of Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC, in Houston, Texas, representing management exclusively in all aspects of labor and employment law, including defending allegations of discrimination, unfair labor practices, wage and hour, OSHA claims, whistleblowing complaints and wrongful discharge, non-compete and trade secrets, counseling and training to employers on managing workplace issues and preventing employment lawsuits. Prior to re-entering private practice, Mr. Duffy was Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Labor and Employment with Time Warner Inc.

David Fram
NELIDavid is NELI's Director of ADA Services. In this position, David conducts in-house and virtual ADA training for employers (including manufacturers, federal, state and local governments, and universities), law firms, and bar associations, among others. He also provides expert witness services during administrative proceedings and litigation.

Megan Norris
Miller CanfieldMegan currently serves as Miller Canfield's Chief Executive Officer. In this role, she oversees the firm's 19 offices in seven countries. Prior to becoming CEO, Megan served as the leader of the firm's Employment and Labor Group, overseeing our large and active team of dedicated employment and labor attorneys and staff. She also served for eight years on the firm's Board of Managing Directors, the last six years as chair. As a firm principal, Megan has been representing employers for over three decades. An accomplished litigator who has been elected by her national peers to both the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and the American College of Trial Lawyers, Megan has expertise litigating all matters of employment law, including statutory claims under the ADA, FMLA and Title VII, as well as tort claims such as defamation, tortious interference with contract, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Samantha Rollins Murphy
Faegre DrinkerSam is a litigator who defends employers across the country. She has significant experience defending wage-and-hour claims, as well as claims for harassment, discrimination and retaliation. Her experience includes class and collective actions, and she has successfully enforced non-compete agreements through temporary restraining orders and preliminary and permanent injunctions. Sam is also a seasoned trial attorney, securing recent jury verdicts in California and Iowa. Paul HastingsCarson is a partner in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is the chair of the Washington, D.C. Employment Law Department. Carson represents employers in all aspects of employment law, with an emphasis on the defense of class and collective action suits. She also has a particular focus on litigation involving trade secrets and restrictive covenants. She is a member of the firm’s Employee Mobility and Trade Secrets practice group as well as the Pay Equity practice group. She focuses on legal issues and cutting-edge trends relating to pay equity, social media and electronic discovery. Paul HastingsMaddie Doucet is in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. In her practice, she defends employers in a wide range of employment disputes.
