CLE and other Continuing Education Credits

NELI’s programs are routinely approved for credit in all jurisdictions with such requirements and we expect this program to receive full accreditation provided that the jurisdiction approves webinars.

This webinar will provide between 10.5-12.5 hours of MCLE credit depending upon the jurisdiction. Registrants may be required to file for credit on their own behalf in some jurisdictions. We will provide all necessary forms and proof of attendance.

NELI is an approved provider of HRCI and SHRM for recertification credit. NELI is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. Credit will be given to registered participants only.

    Tracy is the co-Managing Partner of the Chicago office and past chair of the Chicago office Labor & Employment department, concentrating her practice on representing and counseling employers throughout the country in the entire range of employment law matters.     Kim Edmunds is a member of Wilson Turner and Kozmo’s Employment practice group, focusing exclusively on conducting independent workplace and Title IX investigations. She joined the firm after serving with the University of San Diego’s Title IX Office, handling claims of sex-based harassment and discrimination. Due to her extensive previous experience in employment law and employee relations, she is able to investigate complex workplace matters in a thorough and practical manner. Kim has also counseled employers and helped problem-solve on both legal and personnel matters, while ensuring that the employer is compliant with employment laws and regulations.

    Jill Ripke is Senior Counsel and Co-Chair of the Perkins Coie’s Wage and Hour subgroup where she defends companies in employment and independent contractor class action matters relating to independent contractor status, misclassification, unpaid overtime, unpaid meal and rest breaks, and unpaid off-the-clock work. She also advises clients regarding independent contractor agreements and drafting of arbitration agreements. Jill also defends employers against individual discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims in both state and federal court as well as in audits relating to independent contractors and employees with the California Economic Development Department.

    Jill is a New York employment law partner in the Orrick law firm and is a nationally recognized employment litigator and counselor.     Chris Wilkinson is Senior Counsel with Perkins Coie where he maintains a broad litigation and advice practice in labor and employment representing multinational employers, advising and counseling on the full range of employment and compliance matters arising out of federal and state laws. He focuses on counseling employers and litigating pay equity matters arising out of federal and state claims, as well as navigating large-scale government investigations and litigation. Chris also investigates highly sensitive matters at the executive level and ensures legal compliance in diversity and inclusion efforts. Prior to private practice, Chis served as the former associate solicitor for civil rights and labor management for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
